I thought I’d use these web logs as a way to keep our patrons informed on the progress of the data entry into the online card catalog. We have finished the March, Suite and Selection and Concert categories. We are working on the Pop category now and are into the “S'”. The last three entered are “St. Louis Blues” by W. C. Handy, “St. Louis Rag” by Tom Turpin and “Sam, The Old Accordion Man” by Walter Donaldson.
Thank you to everyone that donated to our “Step Up the Tempo” campaign. We have received a little over $4ooo in donations so far!
I also want to thank our volunteers who put in 95 hours in December.
